Terms of Service

By accessing and using Launch My Clothing Brand services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide the following services through a subscription-based model:

• Digital pattern making services — converting sketches and photos into production-ready DXF and PDF files
• Manufacturer connection services — access to our verified network of garment manufacturers across India
• Pattern library access — downloadable production-ready pattern templates
• Specification sheet access — industry-standard dummy measurements and spec templates
• Industry insights — exclusive video tutorials and brand development content

Our subscription plans are governed by the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly as per your selected plan (Basic ₹499, Brand Builder ₹999, Pro Elite ₹1599)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy — contact us within 7 days of billing for refund consideration
• Access to premium features is granted upon successful payment confirmation
• Pattern download limits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over
• We reserve the right to modify plan pricing with 30 days advance notice to subscribers

All patterns, designs, and content provided through our service remain the intellectual property of Launch My Clothing Brand unless explicitly stated otherwise. You retain full ownership of any designs, sketches, or materials you submit to us for custom pattern making services. By submitting materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of completing your order.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share your login with others
• Use the service only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations
• Not share downloaded patterns, spec sheets, or manufacturer contact details with non-subscribers
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the service
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our proprietary content or systems
• Notify us immediately at hello.launchmyclothing@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

Launch My Clothing Brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of our patterns or manufacturer connections
• Production errors or quality issues arising from misapplication of downloaded pattern files
• Disputes between you and manufacturers introduced through our network
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

• New features may be added or existing features modified without prior notice
• We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
• We will notify subscribers by email of any material changes to these Terms at least 14 days in advance

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services.
