Terms of Service

By accessing and using Launch My Clothing Brand services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide digital resources, technical guidance, and subscription-based services for clothing brands, including:

• Pattern library access — downloadable digital pattern files made available according to your subscription plan
• Specification sheet access — garment measurement and specification resources available on eligible plans
• Photo-to-Pattern requests — subscribers may submit a garment reference image together with relevant fit, fabric, construction, and other information for professional pattern-development assistance
• Manufacturer information — access to manufacturer contacts and related information on eligible plans
• Industry Insights — video tutorials and brand-development content available on eligible plans
• Support — email, WhatsApp, and/or direct phone support according to the benefits included in the selected plan

Our subscription plans are governed by the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly according to the selected plan: Basic ₹299, Brand Builder ₹999, and Pro Elite ₹1999
• Basic includes up to 2 pattern downloads and 2 Photo-to-Pattern requests per subscription period
• Brand Builder includes up to 8 pattern downloads and 6 Photo-to-Pattern requests per subscription period
• Pro Elite includes up to 15 pattern downloads and 12 Photo-to-Pattern requests per subscription period
• Download and Photo-to-Pattern allowances reset at the beginning of each new subscription period and unused allowances do not roll over
• Features such as spec sheets, manufacturer contacts, Insights, WhatsApp support and direct phone support are available only where included in the selected plan
• Premium access is activated only after successful payment confirmation
• You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access already paid for ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid subscription period
• Because subscriptions include access to digital content and services that may be delivered or consumed immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once digital access, downloads, premium information, or Photo-to-Pattern services have been used, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we determine that a billing or service error justifies a refund
• If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a service failure, contact launchmyclothingbrand@gmail.com promptly with the relevant payment details so the matter can be reviewed
• We may change plan prices or benefits for future billing periods. Where reasonably practicable, existing subscribers will be informed in advance of a material change affecting a future renewal

All patterns, designs, and content provided through our service remain the intellectual property of Launch My Clothing Brand unless explicitly stated otherwise. You retain your rights in original designs, sketches, photographs, measurements, and other materials that you submit to us. By submitting materials, you grant Launch My Clothing Brand a limited right to store, process, reproduce, and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, communicate with you about it, maintain service records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission to submit and use those materials.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share your login with others
• Use the service only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations
• Not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or provide downloaded patterns, spec sheets, premium videos, manufacturer contact details, or other subscriber-only material to non-subscribers
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the service
• Submit only photographs, designs, artwork, measurements, and other materials that you own or are authorized to use, and not use the service to infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights
• Review measurements, pattern output, specifications, fit, fabric behaviour, construction details and samples before bulk production; final production decisions remain your responsibility
• Not attempt to bypass subscription limits, access controls, signed download links, or other technical restrictions, and not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our proprietary content or systems
• Notify us immediately at launchmyclothingbrand@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

Launch My Clothing Brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of our patterns or manufacturer connections
• Production errors, fit issues, fabric behaviour, grading differences, manufacturing tolerances, or quality issues arising from the use or adaptation of pattern files, specification resources, or Photo-to-Pattern assistance
• Disputes, pricing, lead times, quality, capacity, compliance, delivery, payment, or other issues between you and any manufacturer or third party whose information is made available through our service
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues

Manufacturer information is provided as a connection and research resource. You should independently verify a manufacturer's suitability, credentials, capacity, commercial terms, compliance, and product quality before placing an order. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

• New features may be added or existing features modified without prior notice
• We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
• We will notify subscribers by email of any material changes to these Terms at least 14 days in advance

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services.
