• Support communications — information you provide when contacting us by email, WhatsApp, phone, or website forms, where applicable to your subscription plan
• Technical information — limited browser, authentication, security, and session information that may be generated by the services used to operate the website

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely
• To process subscriptions and payments, confirm transactions through Razorpay, maintain your billing period, and activate the features included in your plan
• To enforce subscription allowances, including pattern-download limits and Photo-to-Pattern request limits
• To provide pattern files, spec sheets, manufacturer information, Insights content, and other eligible subscriber features
• To process Photo-to-Pattern requests, including reviewing the garment image and technical information you submit and communicating with you about the request
• To provide customer support by email, WhatsApp, or phone according to your subscription plan
• To send transactional or service-related emails, including account, support, request, and subscription communications
• To prevent misuse, fraud, unauthorised access, account sharing, and attempts to bypass subscription or download controls

• Supabase — for account authentication, database services, secure storage, access controls, and related backend functionality

• HTTPS encryption for data transmitted between your browser and the services used by the website
• Secure password handling through Supabase Auth — we do not store your password in plain text in our application database
• Payment card details handled by Razorpay — we do not store full card numbers or CVVs
• Server-side verification and access checks for protected subscription features

We retain account, subscription, transaction, support, download, and request records only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, dispute handling, record keeping, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Photo-to-Pattern images and related request information may be retained while the request is being processed and for a reasonable period afterward for service records, support, or dispute resolution.
