Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Do unused pattern downloads roll over? +
Downloads reset each month and do not roll over. We recommend planning your downloads at the start of each month to make the most of your plan.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major digital wallets via Razorpay. All payments are 100% secure.
Are the manufacturer contact details verified? +
Yes. Every manufacturer in our database has been personally verified by our team. We regularly update contact details and add new verified partners.
How do Photo-to-Pattern requests work? +
Each plan includes a fixed number of Photo-to-Pattern requests during the subscription period: 2 with Basic, 6 with Brand Builder, and 12 with Pro Elite. Unused requests do not roll over.
